Urologist Position in New Mexico

The University of New Mexico School of Medicine Department of Surgery is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible urologic surgeon with expertise in pediatrics to join the Department of Surgery.

This position is being recruited at an open rank, and open track; salary and rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The UNM Division of Urology and Department of Surgery boast a robust infrastructure of services and resources to help achieve academic goals, and leadership opportunities are available.

UNM serves a large, medically complex population and is a consultative resource for the state of New Mexico and the Four Corners region of the Southwest United States.

Pediatric clinical services are provided through the main UNM Hospital, Carrie Tingley Outpatient Clinics and Pediatric operating room in a separate wing, but attached to main adult hospital.

The UNM Health Science Center (HSC) is the largest academic health complex in the state of New Mexico and is the only Level 1 trauma center.

Located on the University of New Mexico campus in beautiful Albuquerque, NM, the HSC combines its four mission areas - education, research, patient care and community outreach - to provide New Mexicans with the highest level of health care.
