Job Summary

The Chemistry Senior Stability Coordinator is a key member of the Quality Control team at SCA Pharmaceuticals, LLC. This role is responsible for overseeing the stability program, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of test results, and maintaining the functionality of stability equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement stability study protocols, ensuring adherence to schedules and plans.
  • Coordinate testing, evaluate results, and generate final reports for stability studies.
  • Review test results for accuracy and compliance with cGMP regulations.
  • Manage stability chambers, including monitoring and arranging for repairs as needed.
  • Investigate deviations, corrective actions, and out-of-trend results, and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in audits and provide stability-related information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, chemistry, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of laboratory experience with HPLC in an analytical chemistry laboratory.
  • Experience with sterile-injectable products is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to review, compile, and analyze information to prepare reports.
