- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the workplace.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to troubleshoot problems and achieve outstanding results.
Qualifications:
- A positive demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive repair.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, or a willingness to obtain them.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various makes and models of vehicles.
- Ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and effective communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career growth and development.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and/or move items weighing over 100 pounds.
- Capability to work with tools on vehicles positioned above head height.
- Comfort working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently handle hand tools.
- Willingness to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Competence in navigating computer systems effectively.
