Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Covid vaccine and booster required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a maintenance position
  • Nursing home experience required
  • HVAC certification strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
  • Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
