Job Title: Director, Student Recruitment & Family Engagement

CTY is seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to serve as the Director, Student Recruitment & Family Engagement. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Enrollment Management, the Director will oversee strategic planning and management related to initiatives that drive awareness of CTY offerings, student enrollment, and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to drive awareness of CTY opportunities and attract a diverse pool of prospective students.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align recruitment efforts with institutional goals and priorities.
  • Build relationships with schools, gifted associations, and other organizations to generate awareness, leads, and referrals.
  • Represent the institution at fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events to promote programs and opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in student recruitment, business development, consultative sales, admissions, or related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and achieving recruitment goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire prospective students, families, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of CRM experience, territory management, and budget management required.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging advanced learner trends and best practices preferred.
