Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Brevard Public Schools. As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and positive environment at our school site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional housekeeping and maintenance services to ensure a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.

• Operate and maintain various maintenance equipment, including cleaning machines and tools.

• Perform routine housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of floors, walls, and windows.

• Maintain the grounds and exterior of the school, including landscaping and trash removal.

• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the school.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid Florida Driver License required.

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
