Senior Principal Software Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Principal Software Security Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our Software Security Sensors and Effectors Department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating secure software solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Apply system security principles to design and implement hardened signal processing software applications.
- Develop software applications using C and C++ languages on various computing platforms.
- Understand real-time software design and the performance implications associated with specific system security implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on security.
- Experience working in a team environment, developing and integrating software applications.
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance.
- Experience designing, implementing, testing, integrating, or fielding real-time security-oriented solutions on Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
- Experience using security-relevant tools and devices for security auditing, network security, host/server security, communication security, or policy management.
- Experience with Xilinx products (MPSoCs) and development environments.
