Job Overview

Modea is seeking a skilled Brand Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence through events and promotional materials, while fostering client relationships through various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote and grow our brand.
  • Own and execute Modea's participation in two annual conferences, including coordinating with vendors and conference organizers.
  • Produce in-depth, promotional white papers based on proprietary research to generate new leads and engagement.
  • Create various marketing and sales enablement collateral, including case studies and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist on strategies to promote and disseminate content to the right audiences and measure content effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute webinars through conference sponsorship and other industry channels.
  • Plan and execute client roundtables on relevant industry topics, managing all client communications before and after roundtables.
  • Design and curate gifts for clients and prospective clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in brand marketing, event planning, and sales enablement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand, content, or event marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing initiatives.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling content for various formats.
  • Experience in event planning and management.
  • Proficiency in project management and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Environment:

Modeans are able to work at any location in Virginia, Tennessee, or North Carolina, unless as otherwise required by job responsibilities. We offer modern offices located in Nashville, TN and Blacksburg, VA.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position during the duration of the workday. Individuals must have the ability to constantly operate a computer. Must have the ability to converse with and exchange information to clients and coworkers both in person and through a computer. Capable of occasionally transporting items of 10 lbs or less to and from the office.
