We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at State Farm - Carolyn Bernstein Agency in Katy, TX.
As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. You will also establish client relationships, follow up with clients as needed, and develop ongoing networking relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop insurance quotes and make sales presentations to clients.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop new service opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (preferred).
- Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
