Job Title: Executive Producer, Pharmaceutical Podcasts

iHeartMedia is seeking a highly skilled Executive Producer to oversee the creative direction, scheduling, logistics, and recording of our original Custom Podcasts and Branded Content. As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with our sales, reporting, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content that meets the needs of our pharmaceutical clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation of new client pitches and proposals to secure pharmaceutical clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to position hard costs, timelines, and other production elements
  • Lead the production for multiple shows across our slate of pharma-sponsored Custom Podcasts
  • Oversee creative direction and provide structure for conversations between Hosts and show Guests
  • Work closely with Writers and/or Researchers to edit and organize host questions into framework for show
  • Write episode descriptions for listing on podcast platform
  • Participate in meetings with EP, Editor, and Host as necessary
  • Book talent and coordinate all recordings
  • Provide editor with notes on each episode cut
  • Deliver edits to clients/stakeholders and answer questions as necessary
Requirements:
  • At least 5-7 years of project management experience, with proven ability to deliver multi-faceted projects on time and on budget
  • Strong client- and talent-facing background, with solid presentation skills, excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work across multiple teams simultaneously, with a passion for podcasting and audio
  • Upbeat, entrepreneurial attitude, with a sense of humor
  • Experience managing teams and 3rd party vendors
