Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and repairing all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest calls and work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain, monitor, and repair all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, including routine preventive maintenance and non-scheduled maintenance.
  • Assist in the start-up, shut-down, and operation of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Collaborate with other facilities team members to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including refrigeration and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
