Amazon Advertising Analyst

WBX Commerce, a rapidly growing Baltimore-based Amazon advertising agency, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Analyst to join our team in the Canton office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute, monitor, and optimize Amazon DSP and search campaigns within client budgets and meet or exceed target campaign metrics.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to communicate campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Growth Manager and Product Specialists to understand optimization best practices and leverage WBX Glass, our proprietary AMC technology, to gain insights and create custom audiences.
  • Conduct data analysis to monitor retail insights, campaign performance, identify trends, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed to support the overall success of the advertising team.
Requirements:
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in pivot tables, 'VLOOKUP', charting, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review data sets and create action plans from the insights gained.
  • Ability to present work to internal stakeholders and clients in a clear, concise format.
  • 1 year of experience in B2C digital advertising, Amazon paid search & programmatic advertising is ideal.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Retail Analytics, Amazon Marketing Services is a plus.
