Job Description

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Structural Welder to join our team in a manufacturing shop environment. As a Structural Welder, you will be responsible for welding and assembling skids for modular cooling systems. You will work with I-beams and other structural pieces to create large skids, and must be able to pass a 3G and 4G MIG root with Flux pass on a 1/2 inch carbon plate weld test.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of structural welding experience, with proficiency in MIG and FLUX welding, vertical and overhead welding, grinding and gouging, and shop experience. Skid welding and overhead crane experience are also highly desirable.
