Sales and Business Development Internship


The Bimbo Bakeries USA Sales and Business Development Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to participate in fast-paced real-world projects designed to further develop strategic project management, analytical problem-solving, and managerial leadership skills.

Mentors will be designated to guide student collaborations and project work in each area. Students will be exposed to a variety of functional areas of the business and have the chance to connect with leaders in the organization for learning and development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, marketing, and planning to gain experience with business applications and tools.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to execute and provide support and coordination on-going projects within customer teams.
  • Support account team in achieving 100% market saturation and tracking of customers' attainment and retention.
  • Reporting out on results and analyzing Circana and Margin Minder data to identify opportunities to grow our business.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and represent BBU as a leader in the baking business.

Candidate should be currently in pursuit of a bachelor's degree. Previous Co-op or intern experience is a plus. Flexible schedule available, however, must be willing to work at minimum 30 hours/week.
