Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, offer assistance in locating merchandise, and respond to questions regarding products.
  • Merchandise Display: Display merchandise in a neat and eye-appealing manner, restock items as necessary, and discard expired or damaged products.
  • Cash Handling: Complete customer purchases, process all payment types, and process returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, verify customer identification as required, and ensure deposits/cash drops are verified.
  • Store Operations: Follow checklist for opening and closing the shop, secure the shop, and monitor customer activity to prevent losses due to merchandise theft and damage.
