Position Overview:
This role involves the investigation, assessment, and negotiation of property claims to ensure customer satisfaction and effective file management.
Key Responsibilities:
In alignment with the company's business strategies and ethical claim settlement practices, you will:
1. Investigate, assess, negotiate, and resolve assigned claims within authorized limits.
2. Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Participate as an active member of the catastrophe response team, which may require travel on short notice for extended periods to manage claims effectively.
4. Operate and maintain a company vehicle.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates possessing at least one year of claims experience. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is also preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in using personal computers.
Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and agents in a professional manner is required. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
