Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Server to join our team at Cabo Bob's, LLC. As a Line Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every guest leaves with unforgettable memories. Your responsibilities will include serving food with precision to ensure freshness and accuracy, while prioritizing guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering a Warm and Welcoming Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all guests.
  • Preparing Food Orders: Prepare food orders for guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Communicating with Guests: Communicate with each guest clearly and courteously to ensure their needs are met.
  • Providing Exemplary Service: Provide exemplary service by executing opening and closing tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining a Professional Demeanor: Maintain a consistently professional and composed demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
  • Current Food Handler Certification: Possess a current Food Handler certification.
  • Lifting Ability: Be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to Stand for Extended Periods: Be able to stand for extended periods, with the ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift.
Compensation

The compensation for this position is $18.00 per hour.
