Key Responsibilities- Transport patients to medical facilities in a timely and safe manner
- Assist patients with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Follow all relevant traffic laws and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their comfort during the journey
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of driving safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist patients with mobility needs as required
- Ability to lift and carry medical equipment and assist patients with mobility needs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to patient care
- Completion of a defensive driving course is a plus
