Citi Trends is seeking a committed Retail Operations Supervisor to become part of our dynamic team within one of the largest value-priced urban apparel retailers.

As we expand, this is your opportunity to take a leadership role. If you have three or more years of retail experience, you are poised for advancement.

Upon successful completion of a comprehensive training program, you will be actively involved in the store's daily operations, supporting the Store Manager in managing the store's overall performance.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will step up to lead the team and ensure that all objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager with daily operational tasks and oversee team members.
  • Maintain effective inventory management, facilitate inventory processes, and uphold compliance standards to minimize shrinkage.
  • Monitor sales activities to guarantee that customers receive exceptional service.
  • Direct and manage team members involved in sales, inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Ensure that all staff members adhere to Citi Trends, Inc. policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • 2-4 years of experience in retail management.
  • 3-5 years of overall retail experience.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
