As a seasoned Construction Project Manager, you will lead and manage commercial retail construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery within budget, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage commercial retail construction projects from inception through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial retail construction, with a strong background in managing big box projects (e.g., Walmart, Target, Sams Club).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in project management software, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
  • Procore Experience: Proficiency in using Procore construction management software is highly preferred.
  • Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
