About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality radiographic imaging services to patients, working closely with medical staff to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care. This long-term engagement is scheduled to last 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiographic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners
  • Ensure accurate image acquisition and transmission to radiologists for diagnosis
  • Collaborate with medical staff to provide optimal patient care and minimize radiation exposure
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Active licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of Kentucky
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in radiographic imaging, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Strong knowledge of CT scanner operation and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

AHS Staffing offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated $**80,000 - $100,000 per year**, based on experience and location.
