About the Role

We are seeking a talented Civil Design Engineer to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for designing land development projects in Prince George's, Montgomery, and Howard Counties of Maryland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design land development projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Develop design concepts and plans for site layout, water, sewer mains, roads, soil erosion and sedimentation control plans, floodplain studies, and grading plans
  • Provide assistance to other team members and management to accomplish department goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience designing with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
  • Knowledge of Montgomery county permits
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some days on-site and some days remote
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
