Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hydraulic structures projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

  • Perform technical design work, including plans, specifications, estimates, and analyses.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in hydraulic structures engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
  • Strong knowledge of industry design guides, standards, and codes.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with large-scale hydropower clients.
  • Mastery's degree in Civil Engineering or Business.
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulatory requirements for dams and hydropower clients.
