Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
  • Utilize your exceptional phone skills to effectively communicate with customers and close sales
  • Work collaboratively with customers to locate and negotiate the best deals on parts and services
  • Provide accurate quotes and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Promote company specials and initiatives to drive sales and revenue
  • Assist other team members as needed to ensure seamless customer service
  • Foster and qualify new sales opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of parts and services

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in counter sales in a highly competitive market
  • Exceptional phone skills, with a positive and enthusiastic tone
  • Existing customer base a plus
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about exceptional customer service and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships
  • General automotive knowledge preferred
  • Results-focused, producer, closer, committed to growth
  • Experience with POS system a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically MS Word and Excel preferred
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Multi-lingual: Spanish and/or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) a plus
