**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on power systems and power electronics.
  • Strong experience with inverter controls, microcontroller programming (preferably Texas Instruments C2000), and electromagnetic transients simulation tools (PSCAD and Simulink).
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Matlab.
