Job Overview

Astrix Technology LLC is seeking a highly skilled QC Analyst to support their scientific community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemistry and laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform testing in accordance with written procedures, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Document laboratory activities, including worksheet/notebook entries, to maintain compliance with procedures.
  • Process electronic data, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Ship samples to contract testing facilities and enter test results from contract laboratories.
  • Review and countersign logbooks, notebooks, and worksheets to verify compliance with procedures.
  • Transcribe results onto analysis reports and perform daily standardization and performance verifications on laboratory equipment.
  • Comply with site-wide procedures, including change control, documentation, deviation reporting, cGMP compliance, safety, and electronic data security.
  • Identify deviations to written procedures and dispose of laboratory waste as needed.
  • Report unsafe conditions within the laboratory and identify OOS results, atypical results, and atypical laboratory events requiring a laboratory investigation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry with 0-2 years of laboratory experience.
  • Other fields of specialty in Sciences are also acceptable, provided sufficient chemistry coursework is completed.
