Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and organization of terminal operations to meet commitments for product receipts and shipments.
  • Collaborate with supply schedulers, suppliers, and transporters to ensure seamless product movement.
  • Ensure compliance with all operating procedures, operating requirements, and Safe Work Practices.
  • Conduct inspections and maintenance to ensure proper operation and environmental integrity.
  • Lead activities in the tank yard and Tank Truck Loading Rack (TTLR) areas, including gauging tanks, draining water, and performing daily inspections.
  • Train and mentor employees on terminal operations activities, procedures, and equipment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • 5+ years of experience in plant/terminal operations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance repairs.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, on-call shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office and aptitude for learning new CBT packages.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in plant/terminal operations.
  • Basic mechanical understanding.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and manage time effectively.
  • Able to operate sophisticated fuel automation and computer systems.
