Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead tax compliance and advisory services for Financial Services and Insurance clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Manage and coach professional tax staff to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Review and approve tax returns prepared by tax associates and seniors
  • Effectively delegate responsibilities and monitor engagement team efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to client projects
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax department
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • CPA license
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Taxation or Law degree
  • Partnership tax experience
