Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with all levels of management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Oversee month-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with accounting colleagues on revenue recognition, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger maintenance, and accounts payable management.
  • Ensure essential business functions are executed and that cross-training occurs within the accounting team.
  • Manage expense budgets and actuals reporting, achieving financial objectives through variance analysis and corrective measures.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial analyses by collecting and consolidating operational data.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Maintain the integrity of financial databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency throughout its lifecycle.
  • Participate in special projects and support broader company initiatives as required.
  • Exemplify the company’s mission, vision, and values, serving as a positive role model for colleagues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing additional related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CPA certification or a Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience is required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial accounting principles (U.S. GAAP) and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in project management and system implementations is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and capacity to perform under tight deadlines.
  • A creative and enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in accounting software and systems (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000.
