Job Title: Executive Support Specialist
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritize inquiries and requests, and troubleshoot conflicts.
- Provide comprehensive support for the CEO's to-do list, task completion, approvals, and deadlines.
- Act as a gatekeeper and gateway, ensuring smooth communication between the CEO and staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries.
- Coordinate company events, outings, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with previous experience working for a CEO
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
