Java Developer Needed for High-Growth Project

Randstad is searching for a highly skilled Java engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of a high-growth project.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of professional Java development experience following Agile practices (Scrum preferred), strong knowledge of Java, AWS, and Python programming languages, and experience with unit testing and TDD, automation and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test software applications using Java, AWS, and Python
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional Java development experience following Agile practices (Scrum preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Java, AWS, and Python programming languages
  • Experience with unit testing and TDD, automation and testing
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Compensation and Benefits:
