Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Warehouse Operations team at Rockline Industries & Iatric Manufacturing. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished goods within our Converting area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts and box clamps to transport raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the receipt and storage of incoming raw materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect trucks for all loads entering the warehouse and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and other supply chain-related tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the disposal of trash and recyclables.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment, with a focus on forklift operation and inventory management.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification and JDE system experience preferred.
Working Conditions

The Material Handler will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and temperature fluctuations. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
