Position: Stager/Material Handler

Primary Objective: Efficiently organize and allocate manufactured components.
Role Summary: Manage the sorting, loading, and distribution of parts and assemblies within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and deliver manufactured components to designated locations.
  • Store manufactured parts in their appropriate places.
  • Utilize a forklift or crane for loading and unloading trailers.
  • Prepare pallets or kits for external subassemblies.
  • Record parts from fabrication into inventory using the ERP system Epicor.
  • Request manufactured parts for subassemblies as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support colleagues in various tasks as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
  • Interpret and comprehend documents and orders.
  • Operate machinery safely and report any hazards to the Safety and Maintenance Departments.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Forklift and crane certification is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in forklift operation is preferred.
