About the Role

Sherwin-Williams is seeking ambitious individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and leadership to join our Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP). This 8-week program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive learning experience through hands-on training in an Automotive Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement branch market plans based on market conditions, branch mission, and financial objectives
  • Build knowledge of products to ensure effective customer recommendations
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate order processing
  • Maintain branch inventory levels and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support employee training, development, and performance management
  • Analyze management and financial reports to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
  • Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of the program

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service role
  • Experience working in a team-oriented setting
  • Leadership experience, supervising others, or leading teams
