We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Press Operator to join our team at Renhill Staffing Services. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating presses and performing various tasks to ensure efficient production.
Key Responsibilities- Operate presses and perform tasks such as trimming, partial assembly, bagging, boxing, and visual quality checks
- Follow Standard Work as outlined in Operator Work Instructions
- Accountable for correct production counts, maintaining cycle time, and meeting customer requirements
- Responsible for secondary operations such as trimming, partial assembly, and sorting
- Package parts and label boxes according to work instruction sheets
- Complete Daily Shift Start-Up Sheets and accurately maintain labor tickets
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and procedure manuals
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions and inspection skills
