Tool and Die Maker

Entegee is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for sharpening, grinding, polishing, and inspecting tooling running in presses, molds, and assembly machines to ensure peak production capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-press die repair and troubleshooting on various die set designs
• Diagnose and remedy issues on machine tooling; dismantle and replace worn or defective parts
• Set up, adjust, and operate all necessary machine tools for making, altering, or repairing tools, jigs, fixtures, dies, molds, gauges
• Lay out work from samples, blueprints, or sketches; select machines and determine operation sequences
• Assist maintenance in machine repair as needed

Requirements:

• Experience repairing small or large dies/presses (Progressive and/or Transfer)
• Must pass D&B check

Preferred Skills:

• Journeyman level expertise
• Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced environments

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
