Administrative Support Specialist

We are a small family-owned company, rapidly growing and expanding our operations. We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to our success.
About the Role:
- This position will be responsible for providing administrative support, including drafting correspondences, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized files.
- You will also be responsible for answering inbound telephone calls, responding to inquiries, and performing various office tasks.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Draft and prepare correspondences, reports, and other formal documents.
- Plan and schedule appointments, events, and meetings.
- Assist onsite guests, provide customer service, and respond to inquiries.
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems.
- Perform various office tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
