Office Support Specialist

We are looking for an Office Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our team. In this role, you will perform various clerical and administrative tasks to help us achieve our business objectives.
Job Description- You will be responsible for drafting correspondences and other formal documents, ensuring they are accurate and professional.
- Planning and scheduling appointments and events is a critical aspect of this role, requiring strong organizational skills.
- Greeting and assisting onsite guests is essential for providing excellent customer service.
- Handling inbound telephone calls efficiently requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Developing and implementing organized filing systems is vital for maintaining order and productivity.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- The ability to prioritize and multitask is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and communication.
- Strong attention to detail is critical for accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job.
- Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year.
