Senior Manager, Learning Management and Customer Experience

At the American Pharmacists Association, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Learning Management and Customer Experience team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing education learning products, building relationships with customers, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement education learning products, including continuing pharmacy education, programs accredited for Board of Pharmacy Specialties recertification, and certificate training programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and licensed partners to understand their needs and preferences.
- Analyze data from customer service platforms to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and drive business growth.
- Provide insights and perspectives to leadership on educational needs and opportunities for pharmacy technicians.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience practicing as a pharmacy technician, with CPhT certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience using learning management systems, customer service experience, and eLearning design experience preferred.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate tactfully and diplomatically.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and adhere to deadlines and project plans.
