Job Description

Quinn Company CAT is seeking a skilled Mechanic for Heavy Construction to join our team in Lancaster, CA. As a mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining heavy equipment, including Caterpillar machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality, and work overtime as required by workload and customer needs.
  • Select proper tooling for any standard job and demonstrate proficiency with Cat diagnostic tools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, with a minimum of 2-4 years' experience.
  • An associate's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
