Mechanic for Heavy Construction

We are looking for a skilled Mechanic for Heavy Construction to join our team at Quinn Company CAT. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of heavy equipment and contribute to the success of our customers.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining heavy equipment, including Caterpillar machines. This will involve working with various tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and fix issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain heavy equipment, including Caterpillar machines.
- Use various tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and fix issues.
- Ensure good attendance and punctuality.
- Disassemble and assemble machines/components, recondition/repair as required.
- Work overtime as required by workload and customer need.
- Select proper tooling for any standard job and demonstrate proficiency with Cat diagnostic tools.
- Perform diagnostics and organize appropriate repair procedures.
- Complete required training sessions.
- Apply safety protocols when using hand, pneumatic and electric tools.
- Follow directions and company policies/procedures.
- Develop and share technical expertise with colleagues.
- Interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Take initiative in personal development and training.
- Stay up-to-date on Cat product offerings.
- Promote Quinn Company's core values.
- Participate in travel to other locations for work/training.
- Adequately adjust to shift changes and field work.
