Transformative Training Opportunities

Centene Corporation is seeking a skilled Trainer II to join our team. As a Trainer II, you will play a pivotal role in developing and conducting training programs that drive transformative change within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify specific training requirements for department staff and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, including selecting and developing relevant training aids.
  • Facilitate the train-the-trainer process for various systems and ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Research and recommend external training programs to enhance our internal offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
  • Audit work and coordinate training initiatives to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
  • Provide constructive feedback on policy and procedure revisions and work process development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting.
  • Auditing experience is highly desirable.
