Overview

The Sales Associate role is a critical component of our store's overall success and efficiency. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for upholding our brand's commitment to exceptional customer service and driving sales results. You will create a positive first impression, build ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences, and leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for each customer.
    • Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and drive revenue.
  • Sales Floor Operations
    • Replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor, adhering to all applicable retail policies and procedures.
    • Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards, cash wrap, and visual merchandising.
  • Operations
    • Process customer transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
    • Support cash wrap operations, processing transactions and providing excellent customer service.
    • Assist with store inventory processes, including processing shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining organizational standards.
  • Technical Requirements
    • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
    • Ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
    • Utilize walkie-talkie and understand price and product release sheets.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to execute at a fast pace.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
    • Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
    • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
