Position Overview

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? At All Ways Caring HomeCare, our Caregivers and Direct Support Professionals (DSP) embody the essence of compassion, reliability, and dedication.

We are currently looking for Caregivers to deliver essential personal care to individuals within our senior community, as well as those with intellectual and developmental challenges, and others requiring assistance. Our Caregivers are vital in providing support to those we serve, whether in a group home environment or a more personalized home setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a variety of personal caregiving services according to a predefined care plan, ensuring the comfort and personal needs of individuals in their residences.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and accommodate special dietary requirements.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide transportation assistance for clients to and from various activities.
  • Offer compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Fulfill any additional assigned responsibilities as needed.
