This role is situated within the Clinical Testing and Performance Division, concentrating on the effectiveness evaluation of our extensive range of skincare, personal care, and cosmetic components.
Position: Formulations Technician
Employment Type: Contract (40 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments utilizing specified instrumentation and imaging tools in accordance with study protocols under the guidance of designated Principal Investigators or senior team leaders.
- Accurately document observations, measurements, and test outcomes.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all test participants, addressing inquiries as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of testing materials, including sample blinding and randomization.
- Perform data entry and review under the supervision of senior investigators to maintain study integrity.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures to guarantee consistency.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks across multiple projects.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and sensory acuity.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary and cross-functional team.
Qualifications:
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Psychological Research, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields. A passion for data analysis and a foundational understanding of statistics as it pertains to consumer and product performance is essential. Experience in cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products is preferred.
