We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Radiant Ventures. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the technical aspects of infrastructure projects, including planning, design, and construction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, and to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, and ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure development.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure development, including planning, design, and construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
