Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage and govern the deployment of cloud and IT infrastructure projects, assist the technical team with critical issues, assist the Sales Team with Solution Engineering for new opportunities, and respond to and resolve support tickets for our client's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and live team norms (behaviors) consistent with the Nexus IT values.
  • Implement project controls to assess overall delivery performance, including KPIs and metrics.
  • Actively engage in building a high trust, high-performance team culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and govern reporting on assigned projects to ensure consistent delivery of on-time and on-budget projects.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction on assigned projects and recommend actions to close any gaps with their expectations.
Requirements
  • Microsoft cloud only and hybrid environment deployments.
  • M365 Endpoint Administration.
  • Identity Management.
  • Microsoft InTune and Autopilot configuration.
  • Experience in merging and splitting Microsoft tenants.
  • M365 email migrations.
  • Server migrations to cloud.
  • Azure virtual network configuration.
