We are looking for an Event Coordinator to enhance our dedicated and insightful administrative team. This position will take charge of the planning and execution of all special events at Ontario Christian. Reporting directly to the Community Development Director, the individual will oversee all activities related to admissions, community outreach, and donor engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5+ years of relevant experience in event management, admissions processes, donor relations, and community engagement. Experience in a Christian educational setting or a Protestant church environment is highly desirable. As an Event Coordinator at Ontario Christian School, the candidate should be a committed follower of Jesus Christ, work effectively with colleagues, deliver outstanding customer service, proactively address challenges, and embody a servant's heart.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of relevant experience in organizing and managing events.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a role that has engaged with the community.
  • Preferred experience in a Christian school or Protestant church setting.
  • Experience in a position that necessitated effective communication of an organization's beliefs and values is preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Educational background in Christian studies is advantageous.
