Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate individual to provide outpatient therapy services to clients in the Sioux Falls area. As a Clinical Therapist, you will work closely with our team to provide counseling services, attend team meetings, and maintain client case records. Your expertise will be essential in delivering evidence-based services for various initiatives, including the Criminal Justice Initiative and Juvenile Justice Reinvestment Initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient therapy services to clients in the Sioux Falls area
  • Deliver counseling services to individuals and families, utilizing your area of expertise
  • Attend team meetings and participate in clinical consultations
  • Maintain client case records and complete paperwork within agency standards
  • Uphold ethical standards of the agency and respective licensing board

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in a related field, with two years of experience in a clinical environment
  • Licensure at the highest level of professional field of study (LPC-MH or CSW-PIP) required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with technology, electronic health records, and telehealth services
  • Must successfully complete all agency background checks
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain approved driver status
