About the Role

As a District Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for collaborating with independent wholesale distributors and retailers to drive sales growth in your assigned district. You'll leverage your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong business relationships, motivate existing wholesalers to expand sales, and recruit and appoint competent candidates to distributorships.

Responsibilities
  • Foster sales growth through collaboration with independent wholesale distributors and retailers
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with distributors and retailers
  • Act as a liaison between McKee Foods, wholesale independent distributors, and retailers
  • Motivate existing wholesalers to expand sales
  • Recruit and appoint competent candidates to distributorships
Requirements
  • Minimum of one to two years of post-high school education or equivalent experience
  • Three years of retail management or sales experience
  • Previous customer service experience across diverse situations
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data, prepare and deliver sales presentations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
